A custom-made mask means that the mask will be made from scratch for you and tailored to fit the dimensions of your face.
The design will be fully agreed upon with you starting from the 3D modeling stage.
The painting will be done according to your wishes. We can also help you with the selection and offer the best option for painting your mask.
Your mask will be super comfortable to wear as it has adjustable elastic straps and a soft, comfortable lining inside.
Our masks are made only from high-quality materials such as durable polyurethane resin, acrylic paints, resilient varnish, natural leather, and super soft lining.
Creating a custom mask is a complicated process with many stages.
It begins with 3D modeling based on your references and preferences, with the model tailored to fit your head.
Next, the model is 3D-printed, processed, and a silicone mold is made. Liquid plastic is then poured into the mold.
After the mask is removed from the mold, it is cut out, processed, and prepared for painting.
The next step involves painting with base coats in multiple layers.
Finally, the mask is hand-painted, and we mount the attachments and soft padding for wearing the mask, along with final adjustments.
The full process of creating a custom mask can take up to two months. Please note that due to high demand, production time may be extended.
The price for a custom mask starts at $650 and varies based on its complexity and your specific requirements. In addition to masks, we also craft prop helmets, armor, and weapons.
