Making a standard mask takes 4-6 days. Creating a custom mask takes about 2 months, as it involves more complex processes and personalized adjustments.

Yes, sure. Just send us a description or image of the painting design and we will help you create a unique design.

To care for your mask, use a soft cloth for cleaning and avoid exposure to chemicals. Store the mask in a dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.

All our masks are handmade to order within 4-6 days, after which they are packaged and shipped to you. The tracking number should be sent to you automatically within 5-7 days of ordering the mask. If you have issues tracking your mask, please email us at custom.workshoprs@gmail.com.

If you are having trouble completing your payment, please check that all your card details are entered correctly and that you have sufficient funds in your account. If the issue persists, you can purchase our masks on one of the marketplaces such as Etsy, Pinkoi, eBay, Amazon, or Yarmarka Masters.
